My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic and mindfulness practices, and attachment-based relational work.

I specialize in life transitions (including retirement, caregiving, or major shifts in identity), anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship and intimacy issues, stress management, emotional support for caregivers (including Alzheimer’s and dementia).
