3 step focus- Use EMDR to remove blockages from Trauma. Then feeling facilitation to get better at feeling through getting into your body and access what is stored, which leads to lifting of all emotional states to move to a more joyful path. Conscious relating in relationships via using the mirrors to take full responsibility for what continues to arise.
Our ego/personality/identity develops from our experiences in life and framing from our culture and childhood, but it is not organically us.
