My techniques are rooted in the Humanistic tradition. My focus is on you. I am committed to being genuine and empathic as we explore your unique path. I will encourage the examination of what has led you to counseling and foster in you the empowerment to change your beliefs that may be inhibiting your happiness.
I am a self aware, mature therapist whose life experiences have allowed me to witness both the joys and sorrows of life.
