I utilize mindfulness-based practices such as yoga and meditation as well as an integrative counseling approach to treat the whole person. I help facilitate your self-healing journey by teaching you how to let go of the past, visualize a hopeful future, and become more present.
I specialize in mindfulness meditation, yoga, reiki energy healing, and clinical mental health. I was trained in Trauma Recovery Yoga, biofeedback, and Parts and Memory Therapy. Your body holds wisdom. I help you tune into your body's wisdom and identify blockages that are holding you back from living aligned to your highest truth, which is one of love.
