I have worked in mental health for over 19 years and have experience with various mental health issues including: PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions, conflict resolution, suicidal and homicidal thoughts, self harm/cutting, anger management, schizophrenia, bipolar, relationship issues and grief. My main specialty is grief and loss.

I have worked in various mental health settings including: elementary and high schools, college setting and a mental health clinic. I am an avid world traveler, having visited 16 countries. These experiences have helped make me more aware of a cultural and worldly perspective.
