We specialize in working with those who have experienced family relational trauma including abuse, and unhealthy patterns in relationships. We treat victims and those struggling with NPD, BPD, anxiety, depression, & eating disorders using grounding/meditation techniques, somatic healing, Polyvagal therapy, mindfulness, DBT/CBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
We offer a range of therapeutic interventions for children, teens, and adults. Our practice strives to create a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you in meeting your goals.
