We at Soul Alignment use a trauma-informed, holistic, and supportive yet challenging approach. We offer a combination of direct, but compassionate style of therapy. We're here to promote the importance of safety & quality self-care; as well as rebuilding intimacy and passion in your relationships through healing communication and conflict.
We specialize in working with those who've experienced family relational trauma including mental, emotional/physical abuse, and unhealthy patterns and abuse in romantic relationships. We treat victims and those struggling with narcissistic personality, BPD, perfectionism, anger and anxiety using grounding/meditation, mindfulness, DBT/CBT & psycho-education.
We offer a range of therapeutic interventions for children, teens, couples and adults. Our practice strives to create a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you in meeting your goals.
