We specialize in working with those who have experienced family relational trauma including emotional/physical abuse, and unhealthy patterns in romantic relationships. We treat victims and those struggling with NPD, BPD, perfectionism, anger and anxiety using grounding/meditation techniques, somatic healing, mindfulness, DBT/CBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
We offer a range of therapeutic interventions for children, teens and adults. Our practice strives to create a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you in meeting your goals.
