I provide in-depth therapy for adults, including fellow therapists, navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I support clients in untangling the impact of childhood and intergenerational wounds, trauma, and identity struggles so they can live with more clarity and connection. I'm a Columbia University-trained therapist, researcher on trauma, relational psychoanalyst, and attachment and trauma specialist trained in EMDR, helping you explore both the roots of your struggles and the patterns that emerge in everyday life. Together, we create space for reflection, healing, and growth.
I’ve been practicing for over 10 years across a range of settings, including community mental health, group practice, and now in my private practice. I help clients unravel the why behind their actions and make sense of their past and present selves. I also see clients seeking support for creativity, relationships, or professional challenges.
Being a Brazilian American and mixed race, I deeply understand that the human experience is incredibly diverse and multifaceted.
