My name is Kevin, and I support adults and teens navigating ADHD, PTSD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Career Challenges, Relational Stress/Issues, and gaining more control in life. Whether you are overwhelmed by daily demands or struggle with deeper issues, I offer a supportive space to help you gain clarity, connection, skills, and direction. You are not alone. Together, we will create a space where you are feel supported, and can acquire tools to help. Telehealth only (Updated 9/3/26: sessions available)
Approaches I use are tailored to the individual needs of each client and typically are a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, ACT with a System Informed Lens. I utilize evidence-based practices and am trained in: DBT, ACT, Trauma-Informed, Somatic, CBT, and MI. All therapy is conducted in a safe, non-judgmental, empowering environment.
