Approaches I use are tailored to the individual needs of each client and typically are a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and System informed therapies. I utilize evidence-based practices and am trained in: DBT, ACT, Play, Trauma-Informed, Somatic, Humanistic, and MI. All therapy is conducted in a safe, non-judgmental, empowering environment.
