No two people are the exact same, so I tailor my counseling to meet each client in their unique world and developmental stage to help move them towards a life that is fulfilling by their personal measure.
I am a believer in the importance of connecting to the human experience and knowing that facing difficulties is a necessary and important part of living, but it does not have to consume us. Through a process of accepting what is and moving towards what we value, clients can achieve the peace and contentment they so often desire.
