Our current world is so stressful. Demands are continuously asked of us from work, school, family, and friends. It’s hard to keep up! Having a place to land with a nonjudgmental, caring ear can help. I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, burnout, self-doubt, and grief (including pregnancy loss). I also work with teens, couples, and families struggling with communication difficulties, parenting concerns, or relationship conflict. If you are hoping to reduce your daily overwhelm, unpack your trauma, process a loss, or improve your connections with your partner or family, this is the place for you.

I provide attachment-based, trauma-informed care, tailoring the therapy experience to each client. As a former teacher, I am passionate about supporting families with parenting concerns, and I use an EFT approach with couples and families to decrease conflict and build trust. It’s important to me to connect with my clients while fostering a space for growth.

I work to provide an authentic, warm, and collaborative space where you feel safe to share your unique story.
