Hello, and thank you for being here. Starting therapy takes courage, and I honor the steps you’ve already taken. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect. As an integrative therapist, I blend evidence-based and holistic approaches, including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused and play-based methods, alongside psychodynamic, client-centered, and mindfulness traditions. As a Vietnamese immigrant woman, I bring a deep understanding of how culture, identity, and community shape well-being.

My goal is to provide a space where all parts of you are welcomed and affirmed, and where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s ups and downs. I see therapy as a collaborative process of growth and healing, not “fixing” you. Grounded in my meditation and ongoing learning, I aim to be a steady, compassionate presence for each client.
