I am an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming psychotherapist. I work with individuals navigating the impacts of trauma—whether interpersonal, systemic, or both. You might be living with symptoms such as depression, dissociation, disconnected or chronic pain. I often work with caregivers and people working in helping professions. I’m here to provide a compassionate, validating space where you can safely explore your identities, deepen intimacy and connection in your relationships
My approach is warm, active and collaborative. I am a trauma trained, anti oppressive, body-centered therapist. This means we'll use tools such as EMDR, IFS and other mindfulness and somatic techniques to explore how you experience stress and emotions in your body and learn skills to recognize and move through difficult emotions with compassion.
