Sophie has a broad clinical background ranging from working in inpatient psychiatry with children and adolescents. Sophie has a diverse range of working with adults in the community toward personal growth and well-being in context of physical, social, spiritual, and emotional influencing mental health. Sophie has experience working in case management, psychotherapy, and working as a behavioral health consultant at Memorial Health Systems.
Her therapeutic experience include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress associated with life transitions, anger management, personality disorders, bipolar, relationship issues, trauma, grief, healthy lifestyle, and weight management. Sophie's passion is supporting individuals to seek out overall health and wellness in their lives in private practice.
Sophie graduated from University of Illinois-Springfield in 2010 with a bachelor’s in social work and proceeded to complete her Master of Social Work from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011. She is clinically licensed through the state of Illinois. In her free time, Sophie spends time with her friends and family and enjoys traveling.
