My work is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in an existential framework. I specialize in anxiety, loss of a parent, grief, PTSD, major life transitions, and relationship coaching for individuals. I draw from trauma-informed modalities, including IFS and EMDR, and take an integrative approach—there is no one-size-fits-all model for therapy.

I lean into authenticity and relationship as the heart of my work. I am not a blank-screen therapist—I show up fully, because healing happens in the space between us. GT Book Club is group therapy meets book club. The next group will be focused on Bessel van der Kolk's The Body Keeps Score. Each week our group will meet and review a few chapters. Each session will mostly be an open dialogue for members to discuss and process their feelings towards that week's topic. Sessions will be 60 minutes long and meet each week for 8 weeks. This is not a therapy group but a place to connect. Most people need more intimate connections in their lives where they are safe to be authentic and vulnerable. To truly be seen and known by peers. Meeting once a week. Max 20 people you will be split into smaller groups to create conversation and connections.
