Many people struggle with feeling overly worried, bogged down by life, lonely, or just not feeling like themselves. It can be hard to reach out, and that is where professional counseling can help.
My goal is to be a teammate in amplifying your voice and working toward your ideal future. I use a variety of methods such as CBT, Gestalt therapy, strengths-based therapy and relational therapy.
