To address your specific needs and goals, I utilize a variety of techniques and modalities such as mindfulness, guided visualization, art therapy, and play therapy. Using a collaborative approach, wherein we talk through issues, I offer you feedback, reflective listening, and psycho-education.
Working with you, I consider early life experiences, life transitions, impacts from family relationships, and your resources. Over time, you will be able to understand yourself better, improve your relationships with others, make thoughtful decisions, develop coping skills, and learn how to empower yourself.
