With over a decade of experience in outpatient therapy, behavioral health consulting, and crisis care, I bring a direct, compassionate, and clinically grounded approach to every session.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois and have worked across integrated healthcare teams, community mental health, and private practice. I understand how past trauma can shape present patterns — and how healing requires both insight and practical strategies.
