As an EMDR therapist, I help clients process and heal from traumatic memories, integrating somatic awareness and effective coping strategies to support emotional recovery and personal growth. I also utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have additional training in perinatal mood/anxiety disorders and polyvagal-informed EMDR.
