I utilize an integrated approach to meet the needs of my clients. I am Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) certified as well as trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) , Play Therapy and Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (PSB- CBT).
