I specialize in a trauma-informed and systemic approach that is designed to explore issues in a safe and compassionate way. By using evidence-based techniques such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy, I explore clients' emotions in an experiential and safe way that promotes self-understanding and growth.
