I use multiple therapy modalities, including: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-focused CBT), Internal Family Systems therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman Couples Therapy.
