I pride myself on being a creative and adaptive therapist. I know that clients' needs vary drastically. Thus, I am trained in EMDR, animal/environmental integrated therapies, and holistic practices. I integrate these modalities with cognitive behavioral therapies and motivational interviewing to ensure that each of my clients has their unique needs met.
