You’ve taken the first and sometimes the hardest step towards starting therapy. I’m glad you’re here. I am a queer therapist and it brings me joy to work with my queer community. I work with people who hold intersecting identities and have a wide range of experiences including feeling stuck, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, difficulty connecting, dysphoria/euphoria, polyamory/ENM/CNM, trauma, & mood changes.
I provide gender-affirming care, including WPATH assessment & letter writing also. I'm in this field, as a cis person, because I want to offer the affirming mental healthcare my loved ones & community deserve. I’ve worked with people navigating and exploring sexuality, gender identity, non-monogamy, neurodivergence, systemic oppression, sex work, and kink.
I am an advocate of social justice and radical liberation. These values show up in how I practice therapy and who I am as a person. I offer individual and couples/relationship sessions and my approach is honest, clear, and kind. No matter how you show up or what you bring to our sessions, I will be there to support you.
