I am a Licensed Social Worker who primarily works with children, adolescents, and their families. Many of my clients struggle with emotion regulation and coping with stressors. Family changes, transitions, and traumatic events are difficult to adjust to, and often result in anxiety, regressions, and/or big behaviors. I can help you and your family recognize these behaviors as communication and figure out the best path forward towards healing. Through our work together, you and your child will receive support and the tools you need to cope and get through hard times together with strengthened connection and hope!
I am an integrative play therapist, primarily drawing from Child-Centered Play Therapy and Sandtray Therapy approaches. I am trained in EMDR to help clients of any age process traumatic events and shift from negative self-beliefs. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy for families who are looking for stronger communication and connection.
