Holding Grief Through Music and Imagery Grief often lives beyond words. This group offers a compassionate space to explore loss through music, guided imagery, reflection, and shared support. Through carefully structured music listening and gentle inner exploration, participants are invited to connect with feelings, memories, and meaning in a way that can support grieving, healing, and integration. Each session includes grounding, a music-and-imagery experience, time for reflection, and optional group sharing. The group is open to adults navigating bereavement, anticipatory grief, relationship loss, or other significant life changes. No musical background is required.
