As a pre-licensed mental health counselor, I help neurodiverse adolescents and young adults navigate struggles with executive functioning, emotional regulation, life transitions, grief, communication, and identity exploration. I love working with patients who are curious about their behaviors and want to learn more about themselves.

I use aspects of DBT, ACT, CBT, play, and expressive arts therapies in my sessions, allowing patients to have a say in personalizing their care. We collaboratively set treatment goals and work together to find the most impactful modalities, from solution-focused activities to meaningful conversations to better process life events.
My own struggles to find my voice and advocate for myself fuel my desire to help others. As a neurodivergent clinician, I empathize with the difficulty in finding a space where individuals feel truly heard and understood, a perspective that allows me to curate spaces for patients to make strides toward their goals in a way that feels authentic to them.
