Hi, I'm glad you're here! I have openings at a well-established group practice, and welcome children, teens, and adults seeking support for anxiety, panic, school stress, and early life experiences, or who are simply looking for a safe space to feel heard and understood. My approach is holistic and person-centered, grounded in warmth, respect, curiosity, and genuine human connection. I offer a nonjudgmental, down-to-earth presence, and believe that therapy works best when built on trust. As a Master's level intern therapist, I offer fresh knowledge of current research, up-to-date training, and supportive supervision.
In today’s overstimulating world, I am passionate about utilizing nature as a healing tool and supporting clients in reconnecting with the natural world. I believe in the interconnection between mental health and nature, and often use mindfulness and grounding practices to support nervous system regulation in our work. I also offer walk-and-talk sessions!
I draw from my own lived experience to connect with clients, as I understand how exhausting anxiety, perfectionism, and feeling controlled by your thoughts can be.
