Welcome! I am a psychodynamic therapist who aspires to empower you to live a confident and capable life.While exploring past experiences, we will learn how these experiences influence your present and how to best use them as strengths moving forward. I specialize in freeing women from anxiety, depression, body image, grief, and suicidal thoughts. We will work together to illuminate a life worth living. My goal is to always provide a compassionate, non judgmental space for exploration. While working together, I hope to supply tools to help you move forward in life with a greater sense of identity and confidence.
I have a genuine desire to help women discover who they are and who they want to become. In therapy, you will learn how to conquer your fear and worry, build self esteem, mend relationships, and be mindful and present. My approach is a combination of evidence based modalities and a deep exploration into your past experiences and defenses to reclaim control.
