I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing. I also bring extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
