Life as a child, teen, or young adult can be overwhelming. I specialize in child and adolescent therapy and have experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, behavioral challenges, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, ADHD, and challenges related to life changes and stressors. I provide a safe place for clients ages 4 and older to share their own stories and challenges in life. My goal is to help children, teens, and young adults discover their own strengths in life and to provide them with skills that best fit their needs.
I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. My work with children and adolescents often incorporates play and art therapy interventions to help clients express themselves, build coping skills, and process emotions in developmentally appropriate ways.
