You’ve read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Maybe even done therapy before. You’re insightful, self-aware, and for some reason still stuck. That’s because your pain isn’t just in your thoughts. It’s stored in your body. I specialize in helping teens and adults (ages 14-65) heal from complex, developmental, and childhood trauma. These early wounds often show up later as anxiety, chronic stress, relationship struggles, people-pleasing, anger, burnout, or even feeling “numb” to life. If you've ever thought “I understand why I feel this way, but it still won’t go away,” you’re in the right place.

My approach combines evidence-based talk therapy (CBT, ACT) with somatic work and EMDR to go beyond insight and create lasting, physiological change. Together, we’ll gently explore how your nervous system learned to survive, then help it feel safe enough to finally let go. I am also here to support those who have been effected by the current social climate.

Therapy with me is real, grounded, and safe. I often use techniques from Acceptance and Commitment therapy to help clients accept who they are right in this moment to eliminate feelings of shame. Once my clients have that acceptance, we can start regulating our nervous system with somatic techniques and trauma focused coping skills to steer away from those unhelpful defense mechanisms and process difficult emotions authentically.
