I aim to create a space that feels safe, attuned, & non-judgmental—especially when exploring sensitive topics like intimacy & sexuality. I draw from insight-oriented, practical, & relational approaches, tailoring our work to your goals & pace. With couples, we focus on communication, emotional closeness, rebuilding trust, & sustainable, authentic intimacy.
