You may look like you’re holding it all together, but inside you’re overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your head, or exhausted from managing everything on your own. I work with adults navigating anxiety, OCD and rumination, chronic illness or pain, infertility and IVF, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients want a therapist who truly engages with them—someone they can talk to openly, who understands the messy parts of life and helps them make sense of what they’re experiencing.

I provide virtual therapy for adults in Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. My style is warm, conversational, collaborative, and practical. I’m not a therapist who simply sits back and nods—I ask questions, offer feedback, help you recognize patterns, and give you tools you can actually use outside of therapy.

Therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself—not another place where you have to perform or pretend you’re fine. We can laugh when things are funny, sit with the hard stuff when they’re not, and work together toward changes that actually fit your life.
