Hi, I’m Sophie — I’m an independently licensed therapist in Florida, Ohio, and Indiana, offering virtual therapy and accepting most major insurance. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. Together, we’ll focus on building coping strategies, fostering growth, and helping you feel more grounded and confident in navigating life.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology and my M.Ed. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. For over 10 years, I’ve supported both women and men navigating mood instability, anxiety disorders, addiction, eating disorders, chronic pain, personality disorders, relationship concerns, and women’s health.

My office hours are Tuesday–Thursday, 10 AM–7 PM EST. If you don’t see a time that works or you’re unsure about getting started, please reach out — I’m happy to answer questions and see if we’re a good fit. You don’t have to go through this alone — I’m here to support you.

I often use cognitive behavioral therapy in my practice. During your first session we will get to know each other, we will explore what brought you to therapy and then we will make a plan. I will go over the modalities that we will be using while working together at the end of our first session. I also use dbt, mindfulness, meditation and experiential therapy.
