You need someone to listen, understand, and explore the challenges you're facing to gain insight and move toward meaningful change. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing life transitions such as grief/loss, anxiety, relationship issues/ break-ups, and addiction issues . Other specialties include women's issues (i.e., pregnancy, infertility, menopause) and couples therapy. Therapy is about deepening self understanding, healing past wounds, and learning to live fully and authentically. I tailor each session to the unique needs of the client, drawing from many evidenced based modalities. Help is a phone call away
A collaborative approach is used to promote an awareness of patterns and build on strengths of the individual and/or couple. Evidence based practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Crisis Intervention, Narrative Mediation, and Solution Focused therapy. Treatment goals are tailored to meet the needs of the client or couple.
The therapeutic relationship is built on trust, collaboration, and acceptance. This promotes a safe space where the client and/or couple can be authentic while exploring their options. My adult clients are varied in age, ethnicity, life experience, and cultural background. I am licensed in ID, WA, CA, OR and TX. Help is here when you're ready.
