My name is Sophia J. Dupree, LCSW, PPSC, and I am the owner of Chirpy Tree Therapy. I have over 12 years of clinical, and I specialize in anxiety and depression. I am certified in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, functional family therapy, Seeking Safety for trauma and substance use, and other treatment modalities.
As someone that’s dealt with anxiety and depression myself, I understand how difficult it can be to step out of your comfort zone. I am an eclectic, alternative, mixed girl, originally from Venice, CA.
