My orientation is deeply trauma-informed, rooted in social justice, and responsive to the lived experiences of clients facing complex adversity or healing from complex trauma. With a background in performing arts and massage therapy, I integrate expressive arts and somatic embodiment practices in nearly every session to help clients reconnect with their inner world, build resilience through body awareness, and finally find sovereignty in their healing journey.
I draw from somatic, art-, nature-, and mindfulness-based modalities, weaving together Somatic Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, expressive arts, and the natural world to support nervous system regulation and self-leadership. This can look unique from traditional talk therapies, including guided meditations, movement, art, breathwork, ritual, etc.
