Healing begins when we do one thing intentionally. So, hi! You're doing the thing! I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, body image issues or general life stressors. Together we will work on building the skillset to navigate the challenges you are facing while cultivating a greater understanding of yourself. My intent is to give you a space where you can say anything without fear of being judged or criticized. I am also the partner of someone in the military and am familiar with the unique experiences of those in the military and their loved ones.
I believe that we all have the innate power within ourselves to overcome whatever obstacles we face, but that sometimes we need support and space to work through them. Honesty and transparency will allow us to uncover your strengths and move you closer towards your goals.
If you are ready to begin cultivating a better relationship with yourself and the world around you, establish healthy boundaries, and have a space where you feel seen, please contact me and we can set up a free consultation. I am currently offering in-person spots as well as Telehealth.
