Are you a professional woman seeking support for anxiety, OCD, or ADHD? Are you looking for a therapist that you can relate to and is easy to talk to? I'm a mixed-race therapist living with OCD and ADHD, and I provide psychodynamic talk therapy and CBT & ERP therapy to women ages 18+. I help my clients retrain their brain to learn how to live with uncertainty, gain confidence, autonomy, and learn to tell their OCD and anxiety to f-off! I utilize Mindfulness, CBT & Exposure and Response Prevention therapy to help you replace the question “What if…” with “We’ll see.”
I understand what it’s like to struggle with adversity, trauma, anxiety, and depression. This is why I take a peer approach to my therapy sessions and can relate to a lot of the same struggles that are presented in the therapy room. This is why a session with me will feel more like a casual conversation instead of a “therapist-y” session.
