I believe that healing of self lays the foundation for showing up authentically in relationships, doing fulfilling work, raising courageous and caring children, and building a more just and safer world for all. I believe that healing of self requires cultivating mind/body states that allow for joy, play, curiosity, and connection. I believe healing of self often means recognizing the ways in which we have been misled, harmed, and/or abused by larger social systems which were not designed for human thriving.
While I come from a mental health background, I currently orient my practice away from the standard psychotherapy model. This means that I don't diagnose, instead I collaborate with clients to provide a space in which they can determine the direction of their own healing.
At this time my work is a particularly good fit for: parents and caregivers, young people (teens, young adults), LGBTQ folks, people practicing nonmonogamy, and anyone yearning for personal and collective liberation.

Growing in Polyamory
This group is for anyone who has experience with navigating polyamorous relationship/s of any kind. Whether you're new to these practices or have been doing polyam for ages, you're welcome in this (virtual) space and likely to discover something new! The initial weeks will provide an opportunity for exploration of human nervous system responses and attachment styles. Later weeks will cover discussion topics chosen by the group. A brief, self-awareness/mindfulness practice will be offered at the beginning of each session.
