I work with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal conflicts, self-esteem struggles, and work/school stressors. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I use CBT, ACT, and DBT, along with creative interventions like art and play therapy techniques. I have previous experience in providing inclusive care to diverse clientele. In addition, I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist and supportive of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
