Help for adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, childhood/adult trauma, pregnancy/post-partum struggles, NICU trauma, relationship concerns, and more. LGBTQIA+/poly-allied! Feeling down, stressed, anxious, overwhelmed? Not sleeping well? Do your intense moods feel out of control? Do things you used to enjoy no longer matter to you? I provide attachment-based therapy and believe that relationship and authenticity are the two most important therapeutic tools. I am open-minded and easy-going and would love to work with you. All my sessions are virtual, Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm. I am certified in EMDR, which is used to treat mental health symptoms resulting from negative life experiences and severe trauma. I am also specially trained by Postpartum Support International to help moms who have a hard time during pregnancy or following birth (post partum).
Depending on your needs, we will work together to identify your personal strengths and add tools that have been scientifically proven to help people feel better.
