Our Rising Strong group aims to emphasize the resilience and strength that emerges from difficult experiences, and to help foster hope and empowerment for teens who may be struggling with trauma. We understand that life can be difficult at times, but we believe that a community of friends and educators who have gone through similar experiences can make all the difference. Whether it's navigating relationships, dealing with family issues, or coping with mental health concerns, our group offers a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where teens can share their thoughts and feelings, and receive support from others who understand.
