I am professionally curious and goofy by nature, and I have been told that humor is one of the medicines that I bring into the clinical space. I have been a practicing holistic trauma therapist for the last 10 years and my approach is person-centered and relational. I work with folks who may be feeling sad, stuck, or overwhelmed in their current lives and are ready to explore change.
I work primarily through the lens of Internal Family Systems. I have specialty training in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Additionally, I am trained in Sacred Plant Medicine & Psychedelic Integration services for those making sense of past psychedelic or spiritually significant experiences. I am trained as a Death Midwife/Doula.
As a therapist and a person, I am devoted to walking with folks wherever the path leads — deep into the depth of grief & loss, to the heights of self-discovery, creation, and play.
