I am so glad you are here! I help adults and teenagers navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and overwhelming emotions so they can feel more balanced, confident, and connected. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to cope with the challenges they are facing. Some are navigating significant life changes, while others are struggling with patterns that no longer serve them.

Using a gentle, responsive, and individualized approach, I help clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and develop greater confidence in navigating life's challenges. Together, we will work towards creating lasting change to feel more empowered, balanced, and connected to the life YOU want to live.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where my clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I will help you to identify your strengths, develop practical coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful goals for growth.
