I work with adults and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—often due to anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients come in looking for clarity, relief, and a way to move forward when what they’ve been doing isn’t working.
With 10 years of experience, I help clients get to the root of what’s holding them back. From there, I guide them toward meaningful healing, greater self-understanding, and stronger, healthier connections.

My therapy style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I listen without judgment, gently challenge when needed, and walk alongside you as you work toward healing and change. I use CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, trauma focused therapy methods and solution-focused approaches, tailoring each session to your needs.
