Because I have a lifetime of lived experiences I am compassionate, nonjudgmental, and empathetic. I draw from these experiences, and it informs my counseling. Helping others to flourish has always been part of who I am.
I have extensive experience with mood disorders, including bipolar and depression. I help clients transition through life changes such as first leaving or home needing assisted care. I help parents and kids develop a mutually respectful relationship while navigating challenges. I help couples find meaningful connections while building a strong foundation.
