As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and enjoy working with mothers in the postpartum period. My therapeutic approach is strengths based, integrative, and tailored to meet the needs of each individual. I offer individual therapy, parent support, and family therapy. My goal is for therapy to be a safe space where you are accepted, and feel validated and safe.
My approach to treatment is warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and integrative. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to best serve my clients. Together we will collaborate on helping you reach your treatment goals.
